Abutogel Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using abutogel's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the abutogel platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the abutogel platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of those revised terms.
This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. abutogel reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to restrict access to anyone who does not meet this requirement.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on the abutogel platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account information up to date. abutogel is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. You must not share your login credentials with any other party. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify the abutogel support team immediately. The platform will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to protect their login credentials.
3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users agree to use the abutogel platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform
- Accessing another user's account without authorisation
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or transactions
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
- Sharing or selling account access to another party
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of abutogel or any third party
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the abutogel platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them. abutogel reserves the right to suspend, block, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent or illegal activity.
Deposit
Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be reversed. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as stated in the platform's payment section. abutogel is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's prevailing policy at the time of the request. abutogel reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Funds will only be transferred to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same account holder's name. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will be rejected and may result in further investigation.
Users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that may be imposed by relevant authorities on transactions made on the abutogel platform.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
Abutogel is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or the user's own betting decisions.
The abutogel platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users access and use this platform entirely at their own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure
Abutogel reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice where reasonable grounds exist, including breaches of these terms, suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or platform risk management decisions. Any legitimate funds in a closed account will be returned in accordance with established procedures upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable conditions.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the abutogel platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of abutogel or its respective licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The abutogel platform may contain links or references to third-party services. abutogel is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Abutogel reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through the appropriate legal procedures.
